Ft. (ABOA): 27,759 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 27,759 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in the RLP/Lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offerors shall advise if the offered building is located in the 100-year flood plain. Generally, GSA does not accept these sites, however some Counties in Florida are exempt from this requirement. As such, GSA will review the location of the offered site(s) and determine if the requirement to be outside of the 100-year floodplain is waived. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
