General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Jose Delineated Area: North: Highway 101 & Embarcadero Road East across bay to Interstate 880 & Dixon Landing Road East: Interstate 880 to 10th Street to Interstate 280 South: Interstate 280 West: Highway 85 to Highway 101 to Embarcadero Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Warehouse/Flex Space: 1,500 ABOA, OR if Parking Garage: 8 Parking Spaces Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Warehouse/Flex Space: 3,000 ABOA, OR if Parking Garage: 8 Parking Spaces Space Type: Warehouse/Flex OR Parking Garage Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 Years, or alternatively 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years, or alternatively 10 Years Option Term: 5 Years (if a 5 Year Full Term) Additional Requirements: If Warehouse: Must have a minimum of one ground level roll-up door, which must be no smaller than an 8’ x 8’, and one door for pedestrian access. Foundation must be able to accommodate weights at least 75 lbs./square foot If Parking Garage: Parking spaces must be contiguous. Ability to install a secure cage around the parking spaces with vehicle and pedestrian gates/doors. Available power and fiber to the area. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
