Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to add and award a 5-year renewal option using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) that is expiring in Anchorage, AK at Ted Stevens International Airport. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 4,947 ANSI/BOMA office area and no adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,947 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,147 Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
