Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to add and award a 5-year renewal option using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) that is expiring in Fairbanks, AK at Fairbanks International Airport - North Star Borough. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 1,155 ANSI/BOMA office area and 2 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,155 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,355 Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
