The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,836 ANSI/BOMA office area and five (5) adjacent structured parking spaces. The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft.
