U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Maryland City: Baltimore Starting at the intersection of South Howard Street and West Baltimore Street, travel east on West Baltimore Street to Light Street, travel south on Light Street to West Conway Street, travel west on West Conway Street to South Howard Street, travel north on South Howard Street,ending at West Baltimore Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 41,106 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 42,000 Space Type: office Full Term: 5 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under an existing lease. The Government has determined for mission related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease. The Government would only consider alternative space if economically more advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as, costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure and interruption to agency's mission. This is not a request for lease proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
