First floor contiguious space is preferred. Rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,310 ANSI BOMA office area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalance of modern design and /or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks shall be well maintained. The offered location will need to have public transportation within two blocks of the building. The Building, leased space, and areas serving the leased space shall be accessible to persons with disabilities in accordance with the Architectural Barrier Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS).
