GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Project #9CA3182 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: Camarillo Delineated Area: City of Camarillo Sq. Ft. (ABOA*): Office Space: 15,953 – 16100 ABOA SF (Approximately 16,956 RSF) Space Type: Minimum requirements: Quality building of sound and substantial construction. Space must allow for efficient use. Must be able to be used by law enforcement agency Parking Spaces 42 surface Full Term: 180 Months (15 years) Firm Term: 120 months (10 years) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ADA/ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease will be required. Offered space shall be outside the 100 year flood plain. The office space must be accessible to the government at all times (24/7). ABOA square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code. Expressions of Interest Submission Requirements: This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to the advertisement. Expressions of interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Responses omitting the items below will not be considered: 1. Address of proposed property. 2. Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact. 3. Name and contact information of the property ownership’s legal entity. 4. Map showing the proposed site clearly identified as being within the delineated area as specified in this ad. 5. Location of offered space in the building, and the date the space will be available. 6. Rentable square feet (RSF) offered and offered rental rate/RSF for a full-service lease. Written acknowledgement is required from the owner or the owner’s agents where an agent represents multiple ownership entities.
