This requirement is for replacing engine, starter, fuel system, injectors plus other necessary mechanical repairs on a 2019 Toyota Proace cargo van (Tag number G41-3176E/IF-AJ 343, VIN# YARVFEHZ8GZ164592). The damage is due to AdBlue being added to the fuel tank. Description of work includes repair of all mechanical repairs listed above. The requirement is to repair this unit complete for return to service. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All items shall include standard warranty. Repairs will be completed in accordance with industry standards. Vendors must be properly insured to cover any losses for IFMS vehicles that are in their shop. Valid business license(s) is required in accordance with local guidelines.
