GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in one of the delineated areas listed below: Project No. 1WA2260 State: Washington City: City limits of Mt. Vernon/Burlington (See attached map for rough illustration) Delineated Area: City Limits of Mt Vernon City Limits of Burlington Space Type: Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,806 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,692 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 surface space. 7 available public parking spaces with at least two handicap parking spaces. All public parking should be within reasonable walking distance to the building. Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Additional Information: This space will be occupied by The US Department of Veterans Affairs-Veterans Benefits Administration. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety,accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest must include the following information: -Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; -Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; -ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered andexpected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. -Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount (if any); -Date of space availability; -Building ownership information; -Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whetherexpected rental rate includes the cost of the required -Government parking (if any); -Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and -List of building services provided.
