General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Houston Delineated Area: North - Highway 99 East - Highway 45 South - FM 1960 West - Highway 249 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 75 Parking Spaces (Surface): 75 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 75 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The Government will make use of existing space that can meet the requirements of the Request for Lease Proposal. The space should be finished and capable of supporting 75 – 100 personnel. Minor alterations that can be scheduled and completed without disrupting the agency’s mission are permitted. The tenant agency will need some private offices, open areas, conference, and break rooms in the space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
