(ABOA): 7,000 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 13 Parking Spaces (Surface): [……] Parking Spaces (Structured): [……] Parking Spaces (Reserved): […13…] Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: Additional Requirements: Secured Storage area: * 6,400 square feet (minimum) * 15’x10’ garage door (minimum) * Equipped with 110 volt & 240 volt outlets * Indoor restroom (within the storage facility) * Preferably with heating and air conditioning (climate controlled) * Attached office space (within 6,400 square feet area preferably with a locked gate) * 20 ft vertical clearance for the safe maneuvering of a forklift within storage building. * Preferably a ground floor storage unit with a nearby loading dock to load/unload drill rig equipment & drilling supplies * Outdoor water spigot For vehicle/trailer storage, we will need a secure fenced in space for all of the following vehicles/trailers: Outdoor parking: * Drilling Rig- 40’x10’ * Water Truck- 40’x10’ * Drill Crew Truck- 16’x8’ * Geologist Truck - 16'x8' * One large trailer - 22x10' * Two small trailers - 9'x10' (Each) * Future Snooper Truck Aspen A-62 - 41'x8.5' * Five additional parking spaces for personal vehicles Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
