Site shall also include a minimum of 10,000 SF of secured ware yard storage and parking area for specialty vehicles. This is not included in the ABOA square footage above. Bottle filler attachment on the water fountain, recycling dumpster for cardboard, mail/package slot system, tint on east/west windows. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
