General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: South Dakota City: Rapid City Delineated Area: City Limits of Rapid City Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,515 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,191 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 21 Parking Spaces (Surface): 21 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 21 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Two, 5-year options Additional Requirements: One 10’X40’ pull in parking space or turning radius that can accommodate trucks with trailers. 50 square foot vestibule required. Exterior area large enough to accommodate an 10’X12’ storage shed at the Premises. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year” floodplain).
