** Updated May 3rd, 2023: - The due date HAS NOT been extended. - A correction to the address of the building in paragraph 1.0 of "PA0776ZZ_Statement of Work Micro Purchase Four Values_3-13-2023.docx" has been made, the revised file has been attached to this post. Questions with answers that have been submitted are: 1. Is the intention for all four of the appraisal assignments to be awarded to the same firm? Or is it possible that they will be awarded separately? Answer: Intention is to award all four appraisals to one companyn. 2. I see that each of the solicitations makes reference to “Micro-purchase” – does this mean there is a limit to the fees that can be approved? If so, are you able to say what that limit is for these assignments? Answer: Disregard references to Micropurchase. There is not a limit to fees. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 1PQD-23-0010 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 23-02, 03.13.2023. (iv) n/a (v) A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable). Line item 0001 is for one lump sum for all appraisals. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired. Appraisal Services that will meet the four included Statement of works. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. See Statement of Work. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and there are no addenda. (ix) The Government will evaluate in accordance with 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, using evalaution factors of Technical Capability and Past Performance. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition with no addenda. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
