This is not a solicitation, or a Request for Quotation and no contract will be awarded from this notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government expects to release the Solicitation on or around August 16th, 2024. Berkshire-Fuel Oil · VT0551BS Alburg Springs-Fuel Oil · VT0008ZZ E. Richford-Fuel Oil This requirement will be a total small business set aside. This will limit competition to only small businesses and will be solicited in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 - Simplified Procedure. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 457120 -- Fuel Dealers-fuel dealers. The awarded contract type will be a time and materials type contract. The expected period of performance will be for a base period of six months from 11/1/2024 to 4/30/2025, and one option year from 5/1/2025 to 4/30/2026.
