The Government is adding Radon Analysis to the list of testing requirements. Offerors must provide radon analysis pricing as part of their quote. GSA has a requirement for laboratory analysis services necessary for asbestos re-inspections at several GSA facilities, asbestos quarterly air sampling at two GSA buildings (Muskie and Bridgeport), emergent IAQ issues, lead wipes, annual water sampling for LCR water sampling, and other work that comes up throughout the year. The following is an estimate of the laboratory analysis that will be needed for FY’24: Lead in Air: Method NIOSH 7082 Lead wipes, paint chips and soil: EPA Method SW-846-7000B Lead (or other metals, copper for example) in drinking water: EPA Method 200.9 Asbestos bulk sample analysis via polarized light microscopy (PLM) (EPA/600/R-93/116) and/or transmission electron microscopy (TEM) (EPA 600/R-93/116 Section 2.5.5.1) Asbestos air sample analysis via phase contrast microscopy (PCM): NIOSH 7400A Asbestos air sample analysis via TEM: AHERA Method – 40 CFR Part 763 Appendix A Subpart E Non-culturable fungal sampling (Air-O-Cell) Drinking water sample analysis for potability and lead and copper Water sampling for legionella bacteria PCB Air and wipe sample analysis Please respond to attached RFQ with a quote that provides pricing for all areas above.
