The U.S. Government occupies warehouse space in a building under a lease in Philadelphia, PA that will be expiring. The Government has determined that it is advantageous to exercise a 2-year renewal option for the current lease. The Government is considering alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
