The location must provide 388 parking spaces, a loading dock for a 72-foot tractor trailer, and 24/7 access 365 days a year. The offeror must provide a tenant improvement allowance of $63.87 per ABOA SF and a building-specific amortized capital allowance of $40.00 per ABOA SF as part of the rental consideration.
