The United States Government intends to evaluate the renewal of a lease, with the Lessor of Building C, 230-59 International Airport Ctr Blvd, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413 for 20,253 rentable square feet (RSF), yielding 18,377 ANSI-BOMA office area square feet (ABOASF) and ninety (90) surface parking spaces, to extend the term for an additional five years effective March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2027. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement from potentially interested vendors with available office space meeting the requirement within 5 minute drive from John F. Kennedy International Airport, Queens, NY as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to complete the lease requirement and pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency overtime.
