The United States Government intends to evaluate the renewal of a lease, with the Lessor of 2 Corporate Drive, Holtsville, NY 11742 for 12,200 rentable square feet (RSF), yielding 9,999 ANSI-BOMA office area square feet (ABOASF), approximately 6,500 square feet of secured outdoor play space, and twenty-five (25) surface parking spaces, to extend the term for an additional five years effective October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2027. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement from potentially interested vendors with available existing office or suitable space meeting the requirement within 5 minute drive from 1040 Waverly Ave, Holtsville, NY 11742 as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to complete the lease requirement and pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive Childcare Center downtime.
