Ft. (ABOA): 10,358 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,448 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 22 Secured and surface or structured Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: One – 2 year soft option Additional Requirements: Normal hours of operation 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with 24/7 space access as needed. Space shall be contiguous Breakdown of space; 6,698 ABOA SF office space, 4,205 ABOA SF conference space Must be able to accommodate rooftop antennae. Must allow Agency to perform training operations in their designated parking area. Building may NOT be located within 500’ of schools, day care or churches Hours of operation for HVAC from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM 24 hour HVAC required in specific areas Private restroom within the offered space is required. Restroom must meet ABAAS accessibility requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
