Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government Chicago, IL Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of a 5 year firm term for approximately 19,000 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 21,111 RSF at 5561 S Archer Avenue, Chicago, IL which expires July 30, 2024 under GSA lease number GS-05B-18669. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement. Square Footage: 19,000 ABOA/21,111 RSF Unique Requirements: 25 reserved, on-site parking space 50 parking spaces available to the public Delineated Area: North – Interstate 55, East – Pulaski Avenue, West – Harlem Avenue, South – 73rd Street Lease Term/Occupancy: 5 years firm. Occupancy 7/31/2024 Expression of interest must be received no later than April 28, 2023 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
