The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements; as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating. Such as physical move costs, replication of Improvement's (TI’s), telecommunication infrastructure, and nonproductive agency downtime. The Government seeks office and related space, yielding a minimum of 2,898 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 2,898 ABOA SF. The proposed term of the lease is for 1 year.
