GSA seeks expressions of interest from owners or authorized representatives for 39,346 ABOA sq ft of office and specialty-use space within the Campbell, CA city limits, with 29 structured and reserved parking spaces. The requirement includes a 15-year full term with a 10-year firm term, a fully serviced lease, and compliance with FSL-II security, fire, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, floodplain, and Section 889 telecommunications requirements. Siting restrictions include a 20-foot standoff, separation from hazardous-material facilities and certain sensitive/foreign-power-related locations, and preference for contiguous space on the second floor or higher; first-floor space requires added security measures. The Government currently occupies office space in Campbell under an expiring lease and will consider alternative space if economically advantageous, accounting for relocation costs, tenant improvements, and telecommunications infrastructure.
