Regular hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Be at least 150 feet from: Gas stations Fuel tanks Be at least 400 feet from: Child/ youth facilities Hospitals Senior centers Elementary schools Social service centers Be at least 640 feet from: Hazardous Materials Storage Sites Water Purification Centers Above ground fuel storage tanks Rail yards Chemical manufacturing facilities The agency does have co-housing restrictions with particular Federal and State law enforcement and courts agencies. The proposed facility shall have a minimum setback of at least 20ft from nearest interior wall to public parking Offered space must be contiguous. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
