Ft. (ABOA): 17,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,500 Space Type: Office GOV Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 180 months Firm Term: 120 months Additional Requirements: Access to Space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Adjacency to Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) Court Building Criteria: Accommodate High Density File System Contiguous Space Secure Elevator, if applicable Efficient use of space – column spacing, length to width ratio (ex. No more than 2:1) Minimum Ceiling Height – 9 feet 81 publicly available parking spaces within ¼ mile of Space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
