Adjacent streets showing proposed ingress/ egress shall be shown on the plans. 3. Rentable square feet (RSF) and ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered, along with rate per SF for a fully serviced Lease. Indicated whether the quoted rental rate includes any amount of tenant improvements and state amount, if any. 4. List of building services to be provided. A fully serviced Lease is expected. 5.
