The Government requires courtrooms, offices, and related space yielding a minimum of 60,176 ANSI/BOMA office area and 5 reserved structured parking spaces. The space must be located in the delineated area, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
