In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: WA City: Seattle Delineated Area: Seattle Central Business District within a 2 block radius of 1110 Third Ave Seattle, WA 98101 Space Type: Reserved and Covered Parking Parking Spaces (Total): 62 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 62 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 62 Full Term: 120 Months Firm Term: 60 Months Additional Requirements: Needs to be within a 2 block radius of 1110 Third Ave Seattle, WA 98101 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies 62 reserved, secured, and covered parking spaces in downtown Seattle and intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition.
