The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Francisco Delineated Area: · Beginning at the intersection of Sacramento Street and Battery Street (POB) · North on Battery to Clay Street · East on Clay Street to The Embarcadero · Southeast on The Embarcadero to Howard Street · Southwest on Howard Street to 3rd Street · Northwest on 3rd Street/Kearny Street to Sacramento Street · West on Sacramento to POB Minimum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 5,200 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 5,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Pro-rata share based on code requirements Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 7 years Option Term: Additional Requirements: · Offered space shall not be on the 1st floor or grade level of the offered building · Offered space shall be located in contiguous space, on a single floor · Offered space shall not be in buildings owned or significantly occupied by any of the National Banks regulated by the OCC The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking expressions of interest from sources of office and related space of between 5,200 and 5,500 ANSI/BOMA rentable square feet (RSF). Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MARCH 29, 2019 AT 4:00 PM (PST) AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name & address; 2) Contact information and E-mail address of Lessor’s Representative; 3) ANSI BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) & office area square feet (ABOASF) available (identifying the specific floors and square footage on each (with Common Area Factor); 4) Asking rental rate range per RSF. 5) Tenant improvement allowance per RSF. 5) Date available space will be ready for commencement of tenant improvements; AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: OCC is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in this transaction. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning this space requirement with any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of OCC or their authorized representative, Savills. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered.
