Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition for the Small Business Administration in FORT WORTH, TEXAS. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 31,770 ANSI/BOMA office area and 210 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Southlake Blvd to Hwy 114 to Hwy 635 South: Hwy 303 East: IH-35 to Hwy 12 West: Loop 820 to Davis Blvd Occupancy is required on May 1, 2020. The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 31,770 Firm Term 3 Years Firm To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by April 2, 2020.
