U.S. GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) that is expiring in Laredo, TX at the Laredo International Airport. The Government requires office and related space, as described below: State: Texas City: Laredo Delineated Area: Laredo International Airport Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,533 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,533 Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Additional Requirements: Must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
