(ABOA): 8,713 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): Twenty-Five (25) Parking Spaces (Surface): Twenty-Five (25) Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): Twenty-Five (25) Full Term: Fifteen (15) Years (180 mos) Firm Term: Ten (10) Years (120 mos) Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: PLEASE NOTE: The Government WILL NOT be providing the building design or drawings. This will be the responsibility of the Offeror. Offerors must be able to provide a design and drawings that meet the following criteria: Parking must be secured. The location must be able to provide a dedicated emergency generator in accordance with government specifications. Offered space cannot be located on the 1st floor of a multi-floor building, but lower levels are permissible. Offered space must have 24 hour/7 day week access to the building and its parking. Offered space is required to meet the security criteria for a Level II space in accordance with the Interagency Security Standard (ISC) The Risk Management Process for Federal Facilities, November 2016, 2nd Edition. https: www.dhs.gov/publication/isc-risk-managment-process. Offered space shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any facilities that house or transport hazardous materials. It is preferred that the proposed facility not be located near a low risk facility such as day care facilities, schools, hospitals, religious centers or social service centers. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
