Ability to install a 75’ antenna tower adjacent to the building or affix an antenna to the roof or adjacent to offered building to meet a 75’ total high from ground. Floor loading sufficient to support approximately 350 ABOA SF of evidence storage and high-density files Ability to install on-site monument and way-finding signage Warehouse Space Warehouse space must be attached to the office building or be within 500 feet of the office. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
