The Government is seeking approximately 11160 - 12276 ABOA SF of office and related space, along with 5 reserved, secured parking spaces in the Central Business District of Toledo: North: W Woodruff Ave, Southeast on Ashland into Adams St., East on Jackson St., North on Canton St. West: I-75, Collingwood Blvd East: Southeast on Cherry Street to Maumee River Southwest to Clayton South: Clayton Street to S. St. Clair St, Collingwood Blvd to I-75 Special Requirements: Preference is for a building where required space can be accommodated on 1 floor Buildings with space offered on multiple floors: floors must be contiguous with a secured tenant path between the floors and one point of security for public access, with access to both floors once individuals clear security. must have at least 2 elevators Space division requirements are 6494 ABOA SF on one floor and 4666 ABOA SF on lower floor Space cannot be co-located with retail, mental health, rehabilitation centers (drug or criminal), or other social services. Offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The lease term shall be 7 years, 4 years firm. Occupancy is expected late June, 2021.
