GSA is seeking 9,177 ABOA and 10,094 RSF of office space in Long Island City, NY for five years, all firm. The following requirements must be met: The office space must be located within Long Island City/Astoria, Queens NY area. Please see attachemnt for the delineated area. First floor, single floor, contiguous space is preferred. The leased space must be contiguous on no more than two floors with a minimum of 85% of the space on one floor. Space above ground level must be serviced by at least two accessible elevators, one of which may be a freight elevator. Space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow. Columns must have regular spacing of suffiient distance to support effective design. Below grade space is unacceptable.
