GSA seeks to lease approximately 5,833 ABOA square feet of office space in Goldsboro, NC, within a delineated area shown on an attached map. The space must be a fully serviced lease meeting government fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards and cannot be in the 1% annual chance floodplain. The lease term is 3 years full term with no firm or option term. The Government currently occupies office space in Goldsboro under an expiring lease and will consider economically advantageous alternative space, accounting for relocation costs such as moving, tenant improvements, telecom infrastructure, and agency downtime. Entities should also be aware of telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY26 NDAA, as implemented by the FAR.
