Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competiton The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 43,436 ANSI/BOMA office area and zero adjacent parking spaces. The space must contiguouse, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Mimimum Sq. Ft (ABOA):43,436.00 Maximum Sq. Ft (ABOA):43,436.00 The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Durham, NC that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
