The proposed facility must not be located within 400'-0" of public defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), probation offices, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), universities, other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by Tenant Security for safety purposes. The office space/building must have a maximum of two (2) entry points unless approved by Tenant Security. When two (2) entrances are present, one (1) must be designated for visitors and one (1) must be designated for employees, only. Spaces/buildings may have additional doors used for egress or access to service areas.
