Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,165 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,965 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous, on one floor. Office space must not be located within 1,000 feet of bars, nightclubs, liquor stores, dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors, retail locations that sell tobacco, firearms and explosives products or other business that produce large fluctuations in traffic or injurious odors detectable within the office space. Locations without T1 data availability will not be considered. Space cannot be located within a building that houses law firms representing SSA and OHO claimants; and retail locations that sell alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives products and related paraphernalia Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
