(ABOA): 11,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 44 Parking Spaces (Surface): 24 Parking Spaces (Structured): 20 Option Term: 5 Years / 1 Years Firm The offered space meets the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offer space must not be located in the 100 year flood plain. The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to execute and award a Renewal Option for the US Secret Service (USSS) located at Papa John’s, 2002 Papa John’s Blvd, Louisville, KY. This advertising is acknowledgment of A Notice to Intent that USSS will remain in the current location while exercise Lease Renewal Option. The current location meets the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. It is fully serviced is located in the 100 year flood plain.
