General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: IL City: Peoria Delineated Area: Central Business District of Peoria, IL Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,647 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,512 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 Full Term: 60 Months Firm Term: 36 Months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 1.Subleases will not be considered. 2.Offered space must be vertically contiguous. 3.Offered space must be at least 18’ above the ground. 4.Offered Space must not be collocated in the same building or complex as Pretrial Services, Probation or Public Defenders. 5.Offered space cannot be collocated in the same building with: Mental Health Facilities, Rehabilitation Facilities, Blood or Plasma Donation Centers, Bail Bonds, law firms specializing in Criminal Defense or Immigration cases, Social Service Organizations, or Temporary Labor Services. 6.Offered space cannot be collocated with residential units. 7.Offered Space must be more than one thousand feet from drug free zones, such as schools, colleges, universities, playgrounds, or housing facilities owned by a public housing authority. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
