The Government requires hanger and related space yielding a minimum of 4,900 ANSI/BOMA office area and 4 surface parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
