General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Hawaii City: Honolulu County Delineated Area: Commercial areas along the H-1 corridor to include the areas of Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Waipahu, Pearl City, Aiea, and Honolulu in Honolulu County Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 1 option for 5 years Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
