The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 13,572 to 14,250 ABOA square feet of contiguous office space on a single floor in Orlando, Florida, within a delineated area bounded by E. Washington Avenue, S. Magnolia Avenue, E. South Street, and S. Division Street. The lease term is 15 years with a firm term of 10 years, and the estimated occupancy date is December 31, 2026. The offered building must have a loading/freight elevator, be within 2,640 walkable feet of the Orlando Federal Courthouse, and have 29 publicly available parking spaces within 1,320 walkable feet of its entrance. The government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous, factoring in relocation costs and tenant improvement allowances of $55.42 per ABOA SF and a BSAC allowance of $12.00 per ABOA SF.
