Wareyard and building do not have to be contiguous. Ceiling height in the warehouse portion of the space must be a minimum of 12 feet high. Warehouse portion of the offered space must be accessible to vehicles at ground level. Offered space must have a ware yard located on site. Ware yard must have enough room for a truck turning radius for a 25-foot trailer and must be able to accommodate 10 parking spaces along with 3 20-foot boats. The space shall be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a façade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the GSA Lease Contracting Officer. If not a new building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
