The U.S. Government intends to award a new lease using other than full and open competition for the Transportation Security Administration in New Castle, Delaware at Wilmington/ New Castle Airport (ILG). The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 89 ANSI/BOMA office area and one (1) adjacent parking space. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
