GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Fresno Delineated Area: N: E. Fortune Ave. S: Prime Ave. E: Orange Ave. W: Northpointe Dr. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Space Type: Parking Parking Spaces (Total): 288 Parking Spaces (Surface): 288 (secured) Additional Requirements: Access Control System; adequate lighting in the parking lot and along the walk path/cross walk; 6’ wrought iron fence with pickets and spikes; electrical power and/or generator for lights and readers; two rolling gates for entrance and exit; one pedestrian gate; six light poles; parking lot should be covered with asphalt with adequate drainage and be fully striped to indicate 288 spaces. Offered space must meet applicable Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Fresno, California. The Government has identified a need for 288 parking spaces of expansion space and is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
