A pre-solicitation notice requesting expressions of interest may be posted at a later date. This procurement is for the United States Bankruptcy Courts. Please see Request for Lease Proposal for more thorough requirements and expectations. Please pay special attention to the Tenant Improvement Allowance, anticipated overage and Building Specific Amortized Capital that will be required. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the fully serviced rent. Sources Sought must include the following information: Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. ABOA square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability. Building ownership information. Authorization to Submit / Representation Letter from the building owner. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government reserved parking. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. List of building services provided. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)).
